Senior Property Accountant

Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Property Accountant:

• Own month-end close and financial reporting as a Senior Property Accountant, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger analysis
• Prepare investor funding requests, lender draws, treasury wires, and manage cash activity while maintaining strong internal controls
• Support property and development accounting activities, including revenue billings, fixed assets, management fees, and variance analysis as a Senior Property Accountant
• Partner cross-functionally and support audits, budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis as a trusted Senior Property Accountant

Qualifications for the Senior Property Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred or in progress
• 4+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally within commercial real estate or public accounting
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and property-level accounting
• Detail-oriented Senior Property Accountant with strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills
