Compensation: $40,000–$50,000
Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Application: Record customer payments and miscellaneous receipts accurately

• Accounts Payable (Full Cycle):

  • Process invoices using 3-way match

  • Request invoices for shipped items

  • Code invoices to correct GL accounts

  • Process payments and serve as main AP contact

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 2+ years AR (cash application, billing, collections) or AP (full cycle) experience

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Nice-to-Have:

• Manufacturing experience

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

• Experience with QAD
