Overview of the Role

This position supports a weekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across multiple labor unions. The payroll is complex and detail-driven, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, structure, and accuracy. You’ll work closely with an experienced Payroll Manager and team in a well-established process.

Key Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for 1,200+ employees across 60+ unions
• Handle job costing and job allocation, ensuring employee pay is accurately split by job and rate
• Maintain payroll data within Viewpoint Vista and ADP
• Review payroll details for accuracy, compliance, and proper union treatment
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliations as needed
• Collaborate with the payroll team to troubleshoot issues and meet tight weekly deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
• Ability to stay organized and calm while managing a complex, high-volume payroll
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with multiple pay rates and allocations
• Union payroll experience is a big plus, but not required
• Construction industry payroll experience is a plus, not required
• Professional, team-oriented personality with solid communication skills

$60,000 - $70,000
