Role Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage AR operations for several locations which greatly impact the overall business. This role combines hands-on billing and payment application with leadership responsibilities for a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle billing and invoicing
- Oversee payment applications
- Assist with collections
- Supervise and mentor team members
- Coordinate AR processes across multiple branches
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Accounts Receivable experience
- Skilled in billing, payment application, and multi-location operations
- Leadership experience—coaching and mentoring others
- Construction industry experience a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative
