Core Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and hiring timelines

Create, post, and manage job postings for a variety of salaried and hourly positions

Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps

Establish and maintain structured interview practices and interview guides

Build long-term talent pipelines, including relationships with colleges and universities

Monitor recruiting activity, report on progress, and meet hiring targets
What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
-
Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of open roles

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
-
Experience working with an HRIS (Paylocity or comparable systems)
Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 annually
