Core Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and hiring timelines

• Create, post, and manage job postings for a variety of salaried and hourly positions

• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps

• Establish and maintain structured interview practices and interview guides

• Build long-term talent pipelines, including relationships with colleges and universities

• Monitor recruiting activity, report on progress, and meet hiring targets

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition

• Ability to work independently while managing a high volume of open roles

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with an HRIS (Paylocity or comparable systems)

Compensation
$60,000–$70,000 annually
