Title: Systems Developer
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000
Bonus: Discretionary
Work Environment: Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)
Office Location: Itasca

Systems Developer
Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support activities across all stages of Salesforce and related systems development within a multi-entity organization
  2. Act as the primary Salesforce resource for the organization
  3. Collaborate with product users and Salesforce consultants to design, configure, and deliver solutions
  4. Strategize with partners for system efficiency and effectiveness through Salesforce Architecture and data flow
  5. Manage implementations including documentation, configuration, development, testing, etc
  6. Develop and maintain various custom functions of Salesforce
  7. Create document generation, track development tasks, change code, and troubleshoot Salesforce issues

Systems Developer
Minimum Educational & Experiential Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
  2. 3+ years of Salesforce Development Experience in a professional setting
  3. Experience working with GIT repositories and Bitbucket
  4. Required experience with Salesforce related to Insurance/Vlocity and Omniscript Journeys
  5. Experienced with APEX Code and Omniscripts for customizing functions
  6. Knowledgeable of Formstack and PDF Butler regarding document generation
  7. Previous experience utilizing JIRA for tracking various tasks
  8. Experienced utilizing Visual Studio and Bitbucket
  9. Preferred Salesforce Certifications (No Required):
    1. Advanced Administrator
    2. Business Analyst
    3. Omnistudio Developer
    4. Platform App Builder
