Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Senior FP&A Manager:
• Lead the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes as the Senior FP&A Manager
• Partner with business unit leaders and corporate finance to deliver accurate results, insights, and forward‑looking analysis
• Manage, coach, and develop two FP&A team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and analytical rigor
• Own monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive-ready presentations for segment leadership
• Drive efficiency through automation, improved processes, and enhanced financial tools
• Collaborate across finance, operations, and segment teams to support strategic objectives, operational performance, and long‑range planning
• Serve as a key representative for the segment during corporate reporting cycles, reviews, and ad hoc analyses
Qualifications for the Senior FP&A Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing or mentoring high-performing teams
• Advanced Excel and financial systems experience; exposure to ERP/BI tools strongly preferred
• High‑performing Senior FP&A Manager with strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision‑making
