About the Company:
Our client, a leader in the food safety and service industry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their team downtown.

The Accounting Analyst will play a highly visible, well-rounded role supporting month-end close, treasury, billing, and system-driven reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and manage prepaids

• Support month-end close and account reconciliations

• Perform bank recs and track cash (treasury exposure)

• Assist with billing processes and inventory monitoring across locations

• Identify efficiencies within ERP and reporting systems

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of accounting experience

• Experience closing the books

• ERP experience required (NetSuite a plus)

• Strong Excel skills and curiosity for process improvement
