Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Benchmark performance across multiple divisions using KPIs (ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, bad debt, etc.).
  • Analyze forecasts, variances, and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review financial results for alignment with internal controls and GAAP.
  • Partner with operational and corporate teams to drive cost‑saving initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, and help streamline close processes.
  • Conduct balance sheet analysis with a focus on inventory, reserves, working capital, and other key operational drivers.
  • Prepare internal management reports and support ad hoc financial analyses.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5+ years of blended accounting and finance experience (manufacturing required).
  • Strong understanding of operational/plant finance; ability to connect numbers to on‑the‑floor activity.
  • Naturally curious, proactive, and someone who takes initiative without needing to be asked.
  • Plant finance, operations finance from a manufacturing perspective is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus).
  • Strong communicator who can present insights clearly and concisely.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
