What You Will Be Doing as the Staff Accountant:

  • Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

  • Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and company policies

  • Support external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation

  • Partner with operations and client service teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense reporting

  • Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes

  • Prepare ad hoc reports and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making

  • Play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization

Experience for the Staff Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track preferred

  • 2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services, public accounting, or a similar fast-paced environment

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Analytical, motivated, and eager to take ownership while growing professionally
