What You Will Be Doing as the Staff Accountant:

Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP and company policies

Support external audits by maintaining accurate records and providing required documentation

Partner with operations and client service teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and expense reporting

Maintain and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes
-
Prepare ad hoc reports and financial analysis to support leadership decision-making

Play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information across the organization
Experience for the Staff Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA track preferred

2–4 years of accounting experience, ideally in financial services, public accounting, or a similar fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

Analytical, motivated, and eager to take ownership while growing professionally
