Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives in a client-facing sales environment and has the ambition to grow into a leadership role. As a BDM at CFS, you’ll develop new business, deepen client partnerships, and manage the full sales process from prospecting to account management. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor teammates and influence sales strategy—meaning this role is ideal for someone ready to build toward future leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Build new client relationships and expand business within your territory
- Manage the full sales cycle: research, outreach, prospecting, relationship-building, presentations, negotiation, and ongoing account management
- Partner closely with recruiting teammates to deliver exceptional service and outcomes
- Represent CFS in client meetings (virtual and in-person) and build credibility quickly
- Develop a deep understanding of local industries, client needs, and market trends
- Contribute ideas, share best practices, and play a part in shaping the culture and growth of the office
- Take on leadership-oriented responsibilities over time, such as supporting new hires, mentoring, or driving local initiatives
Who You Are
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- Someone who enjoys the “hunt,” loves building relationships, and thrives on creating new opportunities
- A natural influencer—comfortable communicating at all levels, from managers to executives
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a true team player
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage your desk like it’s your own business
- Interested in growth—not just financially, but professionally, with an eye toward future leadership
- A good sense of humor and someone who elevates the energy of the team around you
