Sr. FP&A Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. This role focuses on leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal reporting tools using ERP (Just Foods/Microsoft Dynamics) and consolidation software (Prophix).
• Develop and run reports to support senior management in data-driven decisions.
• Create visualizations in Power BI and Excel to present insights.
• Partner with IT to design and maintain databases for analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy through integrity controls across processes.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
• 5+ years of experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
