Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Lead the monthly financial close and corporate reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance as the Accounting Manager
• Review and analyze financial statements, investigate variances, and maintain high standards of data integrity
• Manage, coach, and develop a senior accountant and/or additional staff, fostering strong performance and professional growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows, implement best practices, and support operational efficiency initiatives
• Support audit activities by preparing and reviewing supporting schedules, documentation, and reconciliations
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation efforts leveraging tools such as Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and ERP technologies

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required; Master’s degree preferred
• CPA required
• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2–4 years managing people
• Public accounting experience preferred; public/corporate mix or global corporate experience also acceptable
• Strong technical skills with Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SQL a plus
• Oracle experience (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion) or ERP implementation experience strongly preferred
• Detail‑oriented Accounting Manager with strong leadership, communication, and customer‑focused partnership skills
