What You’ll Do as a Business Development Manager

In this role, you’ll be a connector — a relationship-builder who helps companies solve real hiring challenges.

You will:

  • Break into new accounts and grow existing relationships
  • Sell staffing & executive search services to accounting & finance leaders
  • Meet with hiring managers to learn about their teams, challenges, and needs
  • Work closely with Recruiters who fill the positions you bring in
  • Manage accounts long-term and provide exceptional service
  • Learn a ton about different industries, business models, and people
