Business Development / Account Manager with Leadership Track

Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is seeking a Business Development Manager with the drive not only to produce, but to operate like a future leader—someone who brings strategic thinking, strong client presence, and the ambition to help shape the growth of our market.

This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the potential (and interest!) to lead by example, mentor others, and grow into a leadership role.

About the Role

This is a client-facing sales and relationship development role with added emphasis on:

  • Strategic market development – identifying growth opportunities and influencing local sales strategy
  • Leading by example – setting standards for prospecting, client engagement, and partnership building
  • Cross-team collaboration – partnering closely with recruiters and leadership to improve outcomes across the branch
  • Potential mentorship – supporting junior staff, sharing best practices, and contributing to a high-performing team culture

You’ll still manage the entire sales cycle—prospecting, establishing new accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships—while also having the opportunity to take on higher-level responsibilities aligned with leadership development.
